If you would like to report a herring midwater trawler vessel sighting or inform the CHOIR community about midwater and pair trawl activity, please click here.

Also, a Sightings Hotline has been created so that fishermen and others can report midwater trawl activity while on the water.

To report a sighting to the Hotline, just call 1-866-678-BAIT (2248) and leave an anonymous message on the automated voicemail.

Please include as much information as possible, including Time/Date, Location, and vessel names if possible.
